Such as fall colors, the Marigold shawl is knitted from the bottom to the top to make a triangle shawl with increases at every row using such nice colors from Julie Asselin yarns and Spincycle yarns, complementary yellow and blue!

In French, there is an expression, “lâcher prise”, which loosely translates as “letting go”. In this pattern, I encourage you to indulge in a little bit of “lâcher prise”. If you forget an increase somewhere along the line, just go with the flow. Don’t restart over. This is an easy pattern that can be modify if you wish (just don’t forget that if you make it longer, you will need more yarn).

Gauge is less important in this type of a project. Although, a smaller gauge may affect the size. It is quite flexible and additional rows can be added.
