Marigolds are my favourite flower and a big metaphor for my journey as a knitwear designer. They are considered cheap and plentiful…your typical garden-variety weed. And yet, they’re beautiful. I consider myself to be a marigold in the knitting community-- merely one of a significant number of designers, all with incredible ideas. It is an inexplicable feeling whenever someone buys one of my patterns, knowing that despite the selection they had to choose from, they chose mine.

There are 9 sizes included in the pattern.
XS (S, M, L, XL) {2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL}
Bust circumference: 36.5 (41.5, 45.5, 50, 58) {60, 64, 68, 75}“ / 92.5 (105.5, 115.5, 127, 147.5) {152.5, 162.5, 172.5, 190.5} cm

10” - 12” / 25.5 cm - 30.5 cm positive ease in the bust circumference intended

Note that size 5XL was not test knitted.

Model is a size 32” bust, wearing the size S.

This pattern requires knowledge of:

• Reading patterns with multiple size options
• Changing colours at the beginning of rows
• Knitting eyelets/lace
• Knitting flat and in the round
• Kitchener stitch
• Mattress stitch
• Picking up stitches along an edge
• Italian Cast On and Bind Off (optional - tutorial included)

Errata:

• Pg 3: Centred Double Decrease instructions should read “(2 sts decreased)”
