This pattern is also available on Etsy: Gamer Babe Designs.
Marilene Shawl is an asymmetric crescent, knit from tip to bound-off edge. This light and airy shawl can be worked in a variety of fibers. The sample is worked in a silk and linen yarn which has fabulous drape and is wonderful for warmer weather. Placed beads adorn the neckline edge of this asymmetric crescent-shaped shawl. A beaded picot edge forms the left edge which is the bottom edge when worn. Although this is a lacy stitch pattern, working the shawl in a merino wool, cashmere and nylon blend would make it a fabulous cooler weather accessory. Wear this shawl dressed up or dressed down – it will fit into your wardrobe beautifully.
Swatch yarn and extra yarn are included in the yarn requirement.
A video link with tips and how to place beads is provided.
