This is Marilla the Mermaid. Designed as a decorative cushion Marilla can also be used as a gorgeous mermaid doll. Marilla is crocheted in a cotton 4ply / fingering weight yarn.

The completed cushion with stuffing measures approximately 37cm in height and 40cm across at the widest point.

The Mermaid’s head and body are made in one piece. The tail is worked onto the body to create one whole cushion panel.

The cushion has a front panel and a back panel which are joined together with a gusset which both the front and back panels are attached to going around the entire cushion.
