This is a perfect bag pattern for beginners, with simple stitches and a straightforward design–great for quick gifts and craft shows/markets! There are instructions for both a small and a large sized bag. Depending on the yarn you choose to use (see the last page for recommendations) you can have a more structured or a more slouchy look to your bag! I try to keep my patterns super simple so that you can get creative, some of my testers added closures, pockets and even lined their bags with fabric!

For this top you will need at least 210 (Small), 310 (Large) Yards of Super Bulky Weight (6) yarn. I used just over 3 skeins of Hobbii Bungee Mini Yarn for the Size Small.

You will also use a 10mm hook (my gauge = 6 HDC sts x 5 HDC rows for a 4”x4” square) so you may need to adjust your hook size as needed!
