Maritima
Maritima is a striking crescent shawl worked in a traditional Shetland pattern reminiscent of rippling ocean waves adorned with lacy foam. The shawl is worked from the top down and shaped into a versatile crescent with easy garter stitch short rows; the short row wraps can be left unworked, hidden within the garter texture. Maritima uses six gradient mini skeins of fingering weight yarn and, to make things simple, the color not in use can be carried along the edge for minimal finishing.
