The Marius sweater is a mid-season sweater knitted in the round, with a top-down construction and raglan sleeves. The neckline is worked back and forth to form a round shape then joined in the round. The sleeves are put on hold to knit the body and then the sleeves are worked with double-pointed needles or circular needles with the Magic Loop technique. The neckline is then picked up and knitted in 1/1 rib for a few rows.
This sweater with wide bands is shorter to wear with high waisted jeans.

Le pull Marius est un pull de mi-saison tricoté en rond, du haut vers le bas, avec des manches de type raglan. L’encolure est travaillée en aller-retour pour former un arrondi puis on joint pour tricoter en rond. Les manches sont mises en attente pour tricoter le corps puis on reprend les manches aves des aiguilles double-pointe ou des aiguilles circulaires avec la technique Magic Loop. Les mailles de l’encolure sont ensuite relevées et tricotées en côtes 1/1 sur quelques rangs.
Ce pull léger avec des larges bandes est un intemporel, le corps est plus court pour qu’il soit porté avec un jean taille haute.
