This bag is worked by knitting a rectangle bottom, knitting back and forth and then picking up the stitches around the base continuing in rounds until the desired length. Finish off your bag by working garter stitch straps to be tied and adjusted to your preferred length.
This was a stash bust project for me so I wanted to work in smaller stripes so that I could use up lots of different ends. You could also work bigger colour blocks or all one colour. Options are unlimited!

Sizes: Keep in mind the bags will stretch with the weight of whatever is inside

21 sts = 4” / 10 cm in garter stitch blocked with larger needles for body of bag
