I have always had a knit stocking similar to this one growing up, I loved it because my parents could put items of all shapes and sizes and it would stretched and full on Christmas morning. I wanted to make them for my family, but wanted it to be seamless, modern, and quick.

Simple modern stocking knit in the round and uses any worsted weight yarn doubled to give a marled look. It could also be used with a bulky yarn if a solid color is wanted.

gauge: 3.5 stitches/inch

Knit in the round with short row heels and a simple decrease toe. There are no seams.
