This cute cropped shrug uses simple construction paired with a luxurious yarn to create a piece that can be worn with jeans and a t-shirt or dressed up for a night on the town! Two fingering weight yarns are held together throughout to create the marled effect.

To fit bust size 30, (38, 46, 54)”/76, (97, 117, 137) cm

If you are between sizes, choose a size based on desired fit. Choose the larger size for a looser fit or the smaller size for a more close fitting garment. Model is shown in size 38 and has a 37.5 inch/95 cm bust.

To create the marled effect in the shrug, two fingering weight yarns are held together throughout the construction and treated as one strand. If using yarns or colors other than those in the model, use your gauge swatch to determine the best color combinations.

The shrug is worked as a long rectangle that is oriented crosswise to the body. Because of this, both stitch and row gauge will affect the final size of the garment.
