This is a special gift for my son who is finally getting back into a home after almost a year displaced by Hurricane Ian. He requested the afghan be lightweight and neutral in color but large enough to fit an entire bed. For extra crafting interest, when I designed the Marlon Modular Crochet Afghan Blanket Pattern, I added 5 colors and used modular construction of one stitch pattern to showcase even in rows, decrease in rows, and increase in rounds.
