Marly is a spring-time scarf knitted holding two strands of different colored lace-wight silk Habu yarns together (one strand of each color) to create a unique marled look.

Big Marly is a shawl having dimensions of approx. 16 inches wide by 74 inches long and will require two cones per color of the Habu (~1800 yards total).

Little Marly is a scarf having dimensions of approx 8 inches wide by 74 inches long and will require one cone per color of the Habu (~900 yards total).

With so many color combinations to choose from, the possibilities are nearly endless. This is a great way to tone down a too bright color you found you could not live without or play up a high contrast or low contrast pairing.
