NOTES
Cardigan is worked seamlessly in one piece from the top down. It begins with a provisional cast on at center back neck from which the collar is worked outward, one half at a time. Stitches are picked up along the long edge of the collar for the yoke, then shoulders and sleeve caps are shaped using the contiguous method. At underarm, body and sleeves are divided and worked separately to the hem and cuffs.

A knit-in slipped-stitch detail finishes the front edges and runs decoratively down the center back and the side/underarm “seamlines” of the body and sleeves.
