Marsh Song is a lovely sweater with a feminine, lacy bottom edge. The design is knit from the bottom up in the round. It begins with a lovely charted lace section. Then, German short row shaping is used to create a high in the front, low in the back curved hemline. There is a deep V neckline which gives this design a feminine touch and makes it perfect for layering. Sleeves are picked up around the armholes and a set-in sleeve cap is worked from the top down using wrap and turn short rows. The sleeves are 3/4 length. An i-cord bind off is worked on the sleeve edge and around the neckline for a smooth, finished edge. Knit up in Quince and Co. Tern, this design is lightweight, and has a lovely drape and sheen.

This pattern includes a chart for the lace portion
