Welcome to the 2nd pattern of a 2 pattern release.
Martie took me a long time to make in full. There were times I even found his design difficult.
Martie is a Manticore, described as a lion body with wings and a scorpion tail. They usually hunt humans.
(Don’t worry. Martie is a vegetarian.)
His hobbies include playing the trumpet and conducting orchestras.
Martie is pretty simple to make, using only sc, inv decs, and sc incs.
However, I recommend getting some 12 gauge floral wire for the tail to curve it, and 22 gauge floral wire for the wings so they stand up.
