An easy pattern to knit mittens which fit really well, due to the ties around the wrist and the shape. The cuff is flared and comes up quite high to ensure the wearer stays warm, with no drafts between outerwear and arms, as is sometimes the case with shorter cuffs. You will need to be able to knit in the round and be used to slip stitch patterns. If these are new skills to you, it is a great small project to practise these skills.
