Mary Jane Hat Knitting Pattern

This is a very simple knitting pattern. Perfect for a new knitter!! Easy and fast to knit!

Sizing:
Small (Medium) (Large)
Sample is a Medium
To fit head circumference: 19-20 (21-23) (24-26) inches
The length of this hat can easily be adjusted by adding more rows before the crown shaping

Yarn Requirements:
Aran weight yarn

Yarn used for pattern sample:
Transcend Fiber Studio
Color: Almandine
Fiber: 100% Bluefaced Leister Superwash Wool
Weight: Aran/ appox 180 yards

Gauge:
Measured over ribbing knit in the round, unstretched. Counting just the knit sts.
2”x 2” square- 7 sts and 14 rounds

Suggested Needles:
US 6 (4.0 mm) circular or double pointed needles
(Use the needles that you achieve gauge on)
