MATERIALS NEEDED:
- I recommend using Light Worsted #3 = DK or Fine Sport #2 = 4 ply yarn weight because worsted weight yarn would be too bulky. Cotton yarn will work the best as it keeps the shape nicely, doesn’t stretch as much as acrylic and is easier to clean.

I used some scrap yarn in various colors to make 3 mason jar cozies:

• Light Worsted #3 = DK
• 100% cotton yarn
• yardage per one crochet jar cover: this will again depend on the size of your jar but assume 25 g / 59 yds (54 m) per 8.5oz (250ml) jam jar
