The Crochet Mason Jar Cover pattern is part of a collection of summer patterns for the Summer Solstice event hosted by The Loophole Fox.
This pattern features a combination of open work with double crochet and chain stitches and bands of tighter worked stitches based on single crochet stitches. This combination lends itself to making covers that allow the light to shine through. At the same time, they are also snug enough to stay put on the jars. This is a great stashbusting pattern for using up scrap yarn.
Materials Needed:
- DK weight yarn in the colors of your choice
- Crochet hook size G or size of your choice
- Tapestry needle
- 1 stitch marker
Pattern is written in English using standard U.S. crochet terms.
Level: Advanced beginner.
The pattern is available for free on on my blog. The benefit of purchasing this PDF pattern is to receive an ad-free version that is easy to print and read.
