The “MASONIC TIE” - be on-the-level in style
Knit your favorite Mason a Square & Compass tie to wear to Masonic meetings with this unique knitting pattern. A simple textured tie, the square & compass are knit separately and sewn on. A tie tack in the initial “G” serves as the center symbol.
THE BASICS
• Pattern includes 1 size: Adult
• Pattern is written in ENGLISH and uses standard U.S. knitting terms
• Instructions are for knitting flat on straight needles
• Knitting skill level - INTERMEDIATE
• Gauge: 19 stitches = 4 inches (10 cm)

• Approx. 15 yds (14 m) fingering weight yarn for square and compass
• Set of straight needles U.S. size 3 (3.25 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
• Set of straight needles U.S. size 1 (2.25 mm)
• Stitch markers
• Yarn needle
