The Masterpiece is a smart cardigan to replace a jacket - at work or travelling - you will be well-dressed but still comfortable.

This cardigan is knit from the top down in one piece.
No seaming is necessary. Only the buttons and (optional) pockets will be sewn on. Starting at the back neckline and shoulder saddle, then sts for fronts are picked up (Foto tutorial) and the fronts are worked together with the collar to arm hole. Under arms, fronts and back are joined and the body worked down to hem, including a slight waist shaping (if wished). For the sleeves the stitches from shoulder saddle and arm holes are picked up and the sleeve is worked down in the round. All edges are finished with a knit stitch hem wherefore sts are picked up at the edges and knit from both sides to be bound off together.

Mouwen en de body worden top-down gebreid tot de zoom en voorzien een van lichte taillering (optioneel).
De randafwerking van het vest en mouw-manchetten maken het geheel af. Opties voor bredere taille en heupen en coupenaden.
