The Mathilda Socks are knitted in the round from the cuff to
the toe with a heel flap and gusset. The main part of the socks is worked in a delicate cable pattern which is created with simple cross stitches.

YARN
1 skein of PLANT DYED SOCK YARN by epipa (75% virgin wool, 25% polyamide, 459 yds / 420 m – 100 g), colorway Haselmaus.

NEEDLES
US 1.5 / 2.5 mm DPNs or 32” / 80 cm circular needles.

NOTIONS
3 stitch markers, cable needle, tapestry needle, scissors.

GAUGE
34 sts x 48 rnds to 4” / 10 cm on US 1.5 / 2.5 mm needles in stockinette stitch, after blocking.

Die Mathilda Socken werden in der Runde von oben nach unten gestrickt. Die Socken ziert ein filigranes Zopfmuster, welches durch das Kreuzen von 2 oder 3 Maschen erreicht wird.
