A super simple and quick to knit summer top, featuring a textured stripe design when worked in a single colour or gradient colour textured stripe design when worked in the suggested 3 colours.

I designed this top for a beginner who is ready to try their first lace pattern and is such a relaxed fit when complete.

I knit with a very tight tension/gauge and have developed this pattern working the yarn on much larger needles than is suggested for this DK yarn. It is important that you work a tension swatch before starting some knitters have needed to work this design using 3.75mm needles to achieve the correct gauge.

A lovely project that only needs 3-4 skeins of creative linen yarn.

It is a slightly oversized fit with a gentle A line shape so flattering to wear.

Main colour: 4 balls
2nd colour: 2 balls
