This is a feather-and-fan stole with ribbing on one end which is sewn together to make a “sleeve”. The other end is a regular stole.

The pattern does not indicate what stitch pattern and needle size for the gauge, but I believe it to be the size 10 needles and the feather-and-fan pattern.
