I wanted a simple yet efficient design to leave all the place to the yarn - and color - to show off a bit !
Here’s the Matisse Tee, worked in one piece, starting at the neckline and without any seams, this modern t-shirt is nice to knit and really easy to wear. The ribbing on the sleeves gives the graphic touch.

Knit it using a fingering weight yarn, it will give you a light piece, full of drape, ideal to wear when it’s a bit hot.
Knit it using a sport weight yarn, it will be a bit thicker, perfect for the mid-season.

Finished bust measurements 92 (100 – 108 – 116) 124 – 132 (140 – 148 – 156) cm
Choose a size with approx. 10 cm of positive ease, or according to your preference.
I’m wearing size 3 in blue, with 10 cm of positive ease, and size 4 in brown, with 18 cm of positive ease.

YARN
3 (3 – 3 – 4) 4 – 4 (5 – 5 – 5) skeins of Malabrigo « Arroyo», shown here in Matisse Blue.
Or approx. 900 (940 – 1000 – 1070) 1180 – 1270 (1370 – 1450 – 1530) yards of yarn with a corresponding gauge.
The brown version is worked using BC Garn Biobalance in the color way “sand”.

Je voulais un modèle simple et efficace, pour laisser toute la place à la laine - et à la couleur.
Voici le Matisse Tee, tricoté d’une pièce en partant de l’encolure, sans coutures, ce t-shirt moderne est plaisant à tricoter et vraiment facile à porter. Le motif côtes sur les manches apporte la petite touche graphique.

Tricotez le avec un fil fingering pour une pièce légère et pleine de drapé, idéal quand il fait un peu chaud.
Tricotez le avec un fil sport pour un résultat plus épais, parfait à la mi-saison.
