This pattern is for adults size S, with sizes M, L and XL in parentheses, and sizes 2XL, 3XL and 4XL in brackets. It has 4+in/10+cm of positive ease, choose size depending on desired fit. Sizes are based on Craft Yarn Councils Standard Women’s Sizes Chest measurements straight across: sizeS-53 cm/21in, M-56cm/22in, L-59cm/23in, XL-64cm/25in 2XL-69cm/27in, 3XL-74cm/29in, 4XL-79cm/31in

This project uses moss stitch (1 sc followed by 1 chain) and slip stitch back loop ribbing. No blocking needed.
Gauge 10x10 cm: 9 moss stitches x 16 moss stitch rows for body. Tension swatch is recommended.
If the recommended yarn is not available, good yarn subs are: Sandnes ”Kos”, Sandnes ”Peer Gynt”, Permin ”Dagmar” or any light worsted that fits the gauge.

This pattern is made in five panels; front, back, sleeves, and collar. Front, back and sleeve ribbings are worked side to side and the panels are worked into the hem the bottom up, collar is worked from side to side. Every time you turn and chain 2, this counts as your first sc.

The numbers at the end of a row, written as (xx sts), tells you how many stitches (scs only, the chains in between each sc does not count) you should have in total at the end of the finished row. If no number is stated, stitch count is the same as previous row.

Customization tips for a longer body and shorter sleeves can be found in their respective sections of the pattern.
