I’ve taken my popular Mattie Beanie pattern and turned it into a chunky Santa Hat! This pattern works up lightning quick, delivers beautiful texture, and fits like a dream. It looks fantastic in Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick, Lion Brand Hometown USA, Lion Brand ReSpun Thick & Quick, Big Twist Winter - the list goes on!

This pattern includes sizes Newborn through Adult!

Materials needed
Super Bulky (#6) yarn
10 mm (N) crochet hook – or size needed to obtain gauge
Tapestry Needle
Measuring Tape
Scissors
Pom (optional)
Tag/Patch (optional)

Skill Level
Advanced - knowledge of foundation half-double crochet, single crochet, half-double crochet, treble crochet, working in the 3rd loop, and slip stitch are necessary. Detailed instructions for special stitches are included in the pattern.

Please note that this pattern is worked from the brim up.
