Maubec Pullover
The pullover was designed for a relaxed fit with a drop-shoulder, which is nicely visualized by the crossing lines of the Grid Stitch pattern. It is named after a little village in Provence with a casual, laid-back lifestyle, like the design of the sweater.
The pullover is worked seamlessly top-down starting with the back yoke. Afterwards, stitches for the front shoulders are picked up and joined after the front neck shaping. The Back and Front are joined at the bottom of the armhole and the lower body is worked in the round. For the Sleeves, stiches are picked up at the armhole. German short rows are used to form the sleeve cap until the underarm before the sleeves are finished in the round.
Finished bust circumference: 106 (117.5, 127, 136.5, 148, 157.5, 169.5) cm 41.75 (46.25, 50, 53.75, 58.25, 62, 66.75)”. It is intended to be worn with 22.5 – 25 cm (8.75 – 9.75)” of positive ease at the bust.
