The changing hues of the surf crash against a sandy white beach. Beneath the waves, nature’s aquarium awaits the diver as wildly colorful sea creatures dart and dance through the water.
Maui Cowl is a quick and easy cowl with stripes and slip stitch colorwork on a stockinette background. Only one color of yarn is used on any given row!
The asymmetrical cowl is worked sideways from end to end, with increases only on the neck edge. The cowl is seamed at the back neck to allow for easy blocking.
Maui Cowl is a great way to use up stash and leftover yarn…maybe even use a set of gradient yarn.
The pattern is written for fingering or sport weight yarn but can be made in any weight. Size and yarn usage may vary with differences in gauge and yarn choices.
This pattern has been professionally tech-edited and tested.
