Maurice the Monster
On my birthday, we went for a walk in the woods, and we found a little friend. After some coaxing, he came out from his hiding spot and told us his name was Maurice. He wanted to show us his home, so we followed him down the trail to the cave he’s been living in. Next to Maurice’s cave was a field of flowers. He picked one for me, then he tried to cook us up some leaves for lunch. They really didn’t taste very good, so we told him about all of the yummy food we have at our house. He decided he wanted to come and live with us, so he hopped in my bag and we took him home.
Maurice the Monster is here to cause a wild rumpus. Using wire in his arms, you can pose him in many different positions. Made with worsted weight yarn, this finished pattern measure approximately 17 inches tall. Use a wire pet brush to brush out his fur and make him fuzzy.
