Happy May Day! On the first day of May, kids run around with little baskets of candy, popcorn, etc. The idea is to leave it on the front porch of your crush’s house, ring the doorbell, and quickly run away before they catch you. You don’t want them to know it was you who left them the treats! :smiley: We always made them for our friends and usually got caught running back to the car though! Haha! We usually made the woven paper heart baskets, or paper cones, or used a plastic cup with a pipe cleaner handle. When my coworker said she didn’t know what May Day was, I created a little May Day basket for her. My dog Cleo and I took a photoshoot & decided to share the pattern with all of you.
