For the month of May, I’m transporting you to Marrakech, where I was lucky enough to go on holiday recently. There are four patterns included: two take direct inspiration from the geometric tiles that are commonplace in Morocco, one is inspired by general architecture and the final one is based on the High Atlas Mountains. This month, I’ve also included a bit more of an insight into my design process by showing you my sketchbook.

In this pattern, you’ll find a list of suggested matrials and the colourwork charts. Keep knitting throughout the year to create a 2022 blanket, or have a go at ‘Advent KALendar’ challenge (not just for advent) which contains the main 24 patterns used in the original mega blanket. The Adent KAL pattern also includes full instructions for joining the pieces together.
