The May Rose Shawl is build up of 6 sections with textured pattern and has a row by row written pattern description. A one color shawl, knitted in Blackhills cottonwool, use about 225 gr. (1,035 meters) and a three color shawl use 2 skeins of white, 2 skeins of khaki and 1 skeins of pink. The size of the shawl is 85 x 170 cm on needle 3.5mm (US#4). Since the shawl is increased it is easy to costum fit it to your size and liking by adding or omitting rows or by going a needle size up or down.
The shawl is great as a wrap on cool summer days and as a warm scarf on winter days.
