These monthly packs were designed to go with my “Snappy Organizer” to interchange each month.
They could be hung on other calendars, wreathes, or used as appliques.

This is pack #2 and includes: May, June, July, August

Pack #1: Feb, Mar, April (January’s set is included in the Snappy Organizer pattern).
Pack #3: Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec

Materials and Details
Yarn: less than 50 yards each of a variety of colors
Crochet Hook: H (5mm)
Miscellaneous: Yarn needle, 2 large snaps to match the calendar
