Maydra
Take slip stitches to the next level and cable them. Without a cable needle!
Maydra invites you to explore this technique in two sections. In the first section, little triangles are created by the crossed slip stitches. Then the triangles transform into zigzag lines. The slip stitch zigzags continue as single lines into the garter stitch border.
Maydra is an elongated (winged) triangle shawl worked from the top down. The first and the second section can be repeated more often for a larger shawl.
This pattern has been tested. Head over to the project tab to see the beautiful shawls knitted by my testers!
