Maze of Triangles
The Maze of Triangles is a casual but elegant, lightweight sweater with an intricate pattern.
It’s perfect for giving you warmth and comfort.
The fabric texture is created with tuck/slip stitches with no long floats.
The sweater features a simple drop-shoulder construction with a relaxed fit.
It is intended to be worn with approximately 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) of positive ease.
The sample shown is in size M.
Knit on a standard gauge punch card or electronic knitting machine with pattern capability.
The pattern includes notes for Mosaic, Rib, Cut & Sew techniques, and a pre-designed punch card.
It also covered detailed descriptions, сharts, and schematics with all required measurements.
LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: Intermediate
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Basic knowledge of knitting machine and ribber.
Arranging and knitting Rib 3x2.
Tuck/Slip stitch patterning.
Using Cut & Sew technique for the neckline shaping.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
Bust circumference: 42 (45, 48, 51, 54) in /104 (112, 120, 128, 136) cm
Length: 24 (24.75, 25.5, 26.5, 27.25) in /60 (62, 64, 66, 68) cm
YARN:
Merino wool 2/30, 3 strands, two colors (A, B).
Can be substituted with Light Fingering or Fingering weight yarn to match the gauge.
GAUGE: Tuck/Slip, 4”(10cm) - 33 sts; 4”(10cm) - 62 rows. Tension(T) = 5.2.
Rib 3x2, 4”(10cm) - 56 rows. Tension(T)= 2/2.
The tension numbers and needle positions given are for Brother machine.
Please refer to your manual if you use a different type of machine.
WEIGHT: From 380 to 450 gr / 0.8 to 1 pound (depending on the size).
