Meadow is a little dressed up and feminine with a turtle neck that makes it very flattering. Perfect over a shirt or top.

Worked bottom up with clover leaf pattern. Pick up and knit for sleeves and neck after finishing the shoulder decrease. The shoulder caps are worked with short rows.
