Meandering Socks
Meandering Socks – elegant lace socks knitted from the toe up. The lace pattern is made with yarn overs and knit three togethers. The heel flap and gusset are worked with increases and short rows and fit most feet well. The pattern is given in three sizes of foot circumference and the length is adjusted according to your foot length.

To fit foot circumference 19–21 (21.5–23.5) 24–26 cm / 7.5–8.5 (8.5–9.5) 9.5¬–10.5 inches
Yarn
Fingering weight sock yarn appr. 400 m / 437 yards / 100 g
Yarn used is Hjertegarn Bamboo Wool, 55% superwash wool, 30% bamboo, 15% nylon, 200 m / 218 yards / 50 g, colourway 4408.
Yarn requirements
70 (80) 90 g
Needle
Circular needle (80 cm / 32 inches): 2.25 mm / US 1, for knitting in the round with the Magic Loop method, or double pointed needles.
Gauge
34 sts x 44 rounds = 10 cm / 4 inches in stocking stitch in the round, on 2.25 mm / US 1 needle.
Always use the needle size that gives you the right gauge.
