This pattern includes notes for a regular scarf and an infinity scarf version.

The regular scarf uses aprox. 608yds of Malabrigo Mecha, and the infinity scarf uses aprox 560yds of a light bulky or aran weight yarn. Both use a 6.5mm Tunisian crochet hook.

I highly recommend using a soft, natural fiber like Malabrigo Mecha. If you choose not to you might need to go up a hook size or two to accomodate a stiffer fabric. The end goal is a squishy, drapy fabric.
