This version is the “Big Sister” to the Child Shawl. It’s just a pinch bigger, perfect for those who claim to be “too old for mer- maids” but really are still just a kid at heart. This version uses a slightly larger mini-skein bundle and is worked in an alternating pat- tern stitch. It’s a wonderful chance to play with color and to mix in some speckles or bright colors that you just love.
