Medium Plush Country Chicken
This plump chicken is so cute and snuggly! She works up quickly and is low sew. This is a good pattern for beginners with knowledge of basic stitches who are looking to start crocheting plushies or amigurumi. Popular option for markets and craft fairs!

Materials needed:
5.5 mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Polyfill
6 mm safety eyes
Super bulky (6) yarn. Loops and Threads Chenille Home Slim (less than a skein, approx. 46 yards/52g) in White; black and white tweed; or taupe tweed
Red chenille slim or lite, about 2 yards
Scrap of yellow yarn, preferably chenille or blanket but worsted weight works.
