The cut is simple, the pattern easy to knit, but the lace yarn of course takes its time – one of those contemplative knits. I have now and then slipped in a colorful little something like a pair of baby socks or a scarf …
You start by working the two front pieces, then take the whole thing on one needle and continue with the back, saving shoulder seams.

Der Schnitt ist schlicht, das Muster einfach zu stricken, aber mit dem Lace-Garn dauert es natürlich ein bisschen – eher das kontemplative Stricken. Ich habe zwischendurch immer mal eine bunte Kleinigkeit wie Babysocken oder einen Schal eingeschoben …
Man strickt zunächst die beiden Vorderteile, dann kommt alles auf eine Nadel, und das Rückenteil wird direkt angestrickt, so dass keine Schulternähte nötig sind.
