--- “Meet Me in the Circle” Square ---
This is a square I designed for a blanket that would be simple and crisp.

• Written in US terms.

• Pattern listing is for SQUARE only.

• Red Heart Roll With It Melange in Paparazzi.

• Size “J” hook.

• Squares measure approx. 5” × 5”.

• Stitch count = 15 stitches per side.

• Approx. 22 - 24 yards per square.

• (Any weight of yarn can be used with a suitably sized hook. Size will of course vary.)

STITCHES USED: SS, CH, SC, DC, TR.

SAMPLE blanket was made with a tight join using my continuous join-as-you-go method which allows the TWO JOINING ROUNDS (first a round of SC and then the round of DC which I am joining to the NEXT square with) to be done continuously without breaking the yarn from square to square. It involves CHAINING 5 between the squares being joined and using those chains as the two rounds are being worked. Thus no ends to work in other than the individual squares ends and the 1st, last and joined yarns ends.

Yarn used for joining is Lion Brand Cotton Ease in Moonstone.

Eight rounds of Moss/Linen Stitch done in contrasting colors make up the simple BORDER. ♥️
