This simple slip-stitch colorwork technique is easier than it looks. Only one strand of yarn is used at a time, and the yarn not in use gets carried up along at the beginning of each round. This pattern works well with any two colors of fairly high-contrasting super-bulky-weight yarns. This is the same pattern as the “Brick and Mortar Cowl,” but re-worked with super-bulky-weight yarn for a totally different but equally chic look.
