I designed this market bag to hold two gallons of milk without catastrophic failure. It’s big, stretchy, and so far hasn’t busted. Gauge isn’t that important since this thing is so open, and while I don’t have exact figures on yardage needed, I’d say it uses about 50(?) plastic bags worth of plarn.
