Ruffles is one of the Top Down sweaters in the newly released Best Of Top Down for Toddlers book (revised from the original Top Down for Toddlers). It begins with the rolled collar and works into the lace ruffle around the neck. Stitches are picked up under the lace ruffle and the raglan yoke is worked. Colour work around the bottom edge adds style along with the bright colours.
