This is a fairly simple pattern for a shawl designed for a doll but I have also made one in thicker yarn for myself. I like the way the shawl curves around the shoulders, not quite a crescent or a heart shape.
Gauge and yarn quantities can vary according to the yarn chosen and the size you wish to make it.
The edging border is my favourite way to bind off shawls. The live sts are bound off as you work the border.
