Melatonin Shawl

To celebrate the first anniversary of Twistitch shop, I decided to create a shawl pattern and a sock pattern that each uses a sock yarn set from Full Moon Fibres! Melatonin shawl is knitted from tip to tip, with a simple moon colorwork in the center, a small texture and the option to add tassels! Melatonin is the main hormone secreted by the epiphysis, especially at night, and helps regulate sleep.

Châle Melatonin

Pour souligner le premier anniversaire de la boutique Twistitch, j’ai décidé de créer un patron de châle et un de bas qui chacun utilise un ensemble de laine à bas de Full Moon Fibres! Le châle Melatonin se tricote d’une pointe à l’autre, avec un jacquard simple de lunes au centre, une petite texture et l’option d’y ajouter des glands! La mélatonine est l’hormone principale sécrétée par l’épiphyse surtout la nuit et permet de réguler le sommeil.
