One of our favourites and fun to work up, this bandana-scarf has a lightweight, open weave, breathable pattern, purrfect for summer (or any season!) catventures. It has a simple and cute tie-up design and is suitable for cats who dislike things being placed over their head.

All levels and suitable for beginners with fundamental knowledge of basic crochet stitches and techniques.

MATERIALS:

• Yarn of your choice
• Crochet hook to suit your yarn
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Measuring tape (optional - an exact measurement of your cat’s neck circumference is preferred but not essential)

STITCHES/TECHNIQUES:

• Slip knot onto the hook
• Chain stitch and making a chain
• Double crochet (DC)
• Double crochet decrease (DC dec.)
• Weaving in and securing tail ends
• Tying off
• Basic sizing
