This circular shawl (open on one side), is gorgeous worn a variety of ways. My (Irish Rose Button Closure) pattern is a beautiful complementing closure to add to the variety of worn styles. The pattern includes both written and charted instructions, with online video stitch support (on my website).

Melisendè is the name of an ancient Jerusalem princess, which I thought suited the crown points on the edge of the shawl and the regal look of the design.
